was messing around with image processing in rust, mainly creating grayscale images from channels, and was wondering why the image was taking so long to generate
run in release without optimisations and it suddenly works super fast
bruh

why didn't there a program or cli tool for splitting an image into it's channels and combining multiple images into one

or like just performing basic operations like swapping or inverting channels

yknow why do devs feel a compulsion to create a public space for people to discuss their games
let the community do it, they can get under fire for mod drama instead of the game
just make a blog for updates and be done with it, maybe a wiki just to avoid misinformation spreading too much
