i can't tell if this is completely true but just what i've felt so far
so far it feels that on windows if an application starts shitting itself it's usually just that application that starts dying and everything else is mostly fine...
on linux if an application starts shitting itself the entire OS dies

okay i fixed it by making the script sleep(1) at the start
stupid problems require stupid solutions i guess
