i just want to sleep why is it so fucking hard to sleep
i got antibiotics now but I'm still coughing
i just want to sleep

so sometimes when i sleep i get wet dreams, they make me feel awful after since they usually forcefully wake me up and just generally make me feel like shit. they also cause the bed to become... cursed? i don't want to sleep under blankets or on top of sheets that have been... well... you know...
it used to happen quite frequently before i started taking citeralline but after i started taking it they stopped happening so often, to the point where they're maybe once a month, apparently it's related to stress I'm told.
the problem i have is that everyone I've talked to about it just says it's normal, and that everyone just deals with it, which i just... don't believe. they make me feel like shit.

or at least i think i only just realised
